Singer-Songwriter Langdon Kennedy is of Irish descent and grew up south of Chicago, in the shadows of Joliet's Stateville Prison and on an island town called Wilmington. Surrounded by water and farmland as far as the eye could see, Langdon and his four siblings relied on homegrown entertainment, peppered with musical influences like Johnny Cash, comedians like Richard Pryor and cross-culture, hybrid-entertainers like Steve Martin and Spike Jones. Langdon's storytelling and original music has been compared to John Prine, Todd Snider and Tom Petty. Since 2008, he has been entertaining at local music venues, Irish pubs, community events and watering holes from Nashville, TN to Oakland, CA, and even on one trip across the pond in Newcastle, England. Langdon's most recent album, Skinny Arms, follows his 2019 breakout album One Swig, both of which were produced in Nashville and are available on all major streaming services and on CD. We’re so lucky to have him come by for an outdoor performance on our patio!
